The industrial districts are established to provide locations for industrial land
uses engaged in the production, processing, assembly, manufacturing, packaging, wholesaling,
warehousing or distribution of goods and materials. Regulations are established to
accommodate industrial development while maintaining compatibility with surrounding
areas.
