§ 14-1. Penalty for refusing to pay license fees or to allow inspection of goods.

Any person dealing in goods, wares and merchandise in the city who shall neglect or refuse to pay the license fee required by this chapter, or who refuses to allow his stock of goods to be examined at any time by the city administrator or director of public safety, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
