§ 14-42. "Salvage dealer" defined.

  • Whenever the word "salvage dealer" is used in this article, it shall include all persons, individuals, copartners and corporations, both as principal and agent, who engage in the business of purchasing, bartering or dealing in junked motor vehicles, junked or old machinery, old iron and metals of all kinds, paper, rubber, rags, bottles and other waste or discarded materials.
