§ 14-95. Distribution of proceeds.

The gross proceeds from the lodging tax pursuant to this article shall be used in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Section 469.190, as the same may be amended from time to time, to fund the agency for the purpose of marketing and promoting the city as a tourist or convention center.
