§ 15-1. Minnesota Highway Traffic Regulation Act adopted.

  • (a)

    The regulatory provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 169, commonly known as the Highway Traffic Regulation Act, are hereby adopted, as amended, as a traffic ordinance regulating use of highways, streets and alleys within the city, and are hereby incorporated herein and made a part of this chapter by reference as completely as if set forth herein in full.

    (b)

    Any violation of the statutes adopted by reference by subsection (a) hereof is a violation of this section when it occurs within the limits of the city.
