§ 15-37. Definitions.

As used in this article:

Bus means every motor vehicle designed for carrying more than ten passengers including the driver.

Motor home means a self-propelled motor vehicle designed to provide temporary living quarters, including converted buses that provide temporary human living quarters.

Truck means any motor vehicle designed and used for carrying things other than passengers, including: "tractors" and "truck-tractors" as defined in Minnesota Statutes Chapter 168, and pickup trucks and vans with a manufacturer's nominal rated carrying capacity of over one ton.

Trailer means a vehicle without its own motive power designed to be pulled by another vehicle.
