§ 15-71. Operating—On sidewalk in downtown area.

No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk within the zoned downtown C-3 community commercial district in the city area between Division Street and 5th Street Northwest, and 1st Avenue NE and 1st Avenue Northwest. This provision shall not apply to uniformed licensed peace officers engaged in assigned duties as bicycle patrol.
