§ 17-10. Discharge of cannons, firearms.

Latest version.

No person shall fire or discharge any cannon, gun, pistol or firearm of any description within the city limits without first receiving written permission from the chief of police or city council to discharge such firearm. Such permission shall limit the time and place of such discharge.
