§ 18-11. Designation of parks within city where alcoholic beverages may be consumed pursuant to special permit.

In addition to section 18-10 of this article, the council may, by resolution, designate other parks wherein liquor or nonintoxicating malt liquor may be consumed by special permit issued by the city administrator for a fee and upon the furnishing of such other information as the council shall provide by resolution.
