§ 18-4. Entry into parks during times prohibited by council designated a trespass.

(a)

It shall be an unlawful trespass for any person to be in a city park during hours or periods of time prohibited by council resolution, except by special permit as provided by section 18-5. Such prohibited hours or periods of time shall be clearly designated by signs located at all regular entrances to such parks.

(b)

Unlawful trespass shall be punished in accordance with section 18-12 of this article.
