§ 18-26. Rules and regulations.

The River Bend Nature Center, Inc., may recommend to the city council the adoption of rules and regulations, as shall be deemed appropriate, prescribing the use of the River Bend Nature Center and the conduct of persons upon the premises of the center. Rules and regulations pertaining to the center, which have been adopted by resolution of the city council, shall have the force of law.
