§ 1-25. Issuance of permits and licenses; authorization to city administrator.

Wherever any ordinance of the city refers to the mayor or city recorder in connection with ordinances pertaining to administrative duties in connection with the issuance of licenses or permits, such language shall be construed to mean city administrator and all such functions formerly performed by the mayor or city recorder in connection with the issuance of licenses or permits shall be performed by the city administrator.
