§ 20-20. Board of appeals and adjustments.

(a)

Pursuant to Section 462.354, subdivision 2, Minnesota Statutes, there is hereby established a board of appeals and adjustments for the city.

(b)

The council shall serve as the board of appeals and adjustments established in subsection (a) of this section.
