§ 22-16. Designation of crossings to be planked.

  • (a)

    The designation of street crossings in the city at which planking shall be placed as provided in this article, shall be by resolution, in writing, duly adopted by the council.

    (b)

    The resolution shall designate the time within which the railroad or railway company shall plank the crossing specified therein.

    (c)

    A copy of the resolution, duly certified by the city administrator, shall, immediately after its adoption by the council, be personally delivered by the city administrator to the station agents of each line of railroad or railway to which such resolution may be applicable.
