§ 22-23. Paving, repairing space inside tracks following street paving.

  • (a)

    If streets, upon which planking has been done by a railroad or railway company in accordance with this article, are paved or surfaced subsequent to planking, the city reserves the right to require such company to pave or surface the space inside the tracks so that it shall correspond with the pavement on both sides of the track, or as the council shall deem advisable.

    (b)

    After complying with the provisions of subsection (a) of this section, such company shall thereafter keep such paved or surfaced area in good repair.
