§ 25-5. "Motorized vehicle," definition.

  • As used in sections 25-3 and 25-4 of this chapter, "motorized vehicle" means any vehicle which is self-propelled and includes automobiles, motorcycles, motor scooters, bicycles or tricycles with motors attached, snowmobiles or any other self-propelled vehicle or mode of transportation, but shall not include any maintenance vehicle being operated by the agents or employees of the city, nor any manual or motorized wheelchair, scooter, tricycle, or similar device used by a disabled person as a substitute for walking.
