§ 25-23. Purported owners to remove structures within streets; penalty.

(a)

Every purported owner of any building, fence or other structure now or hereafter standing in whole or in part within the limits of any street in the city shall remove the same therefrom within ten (10) days after being notified to do so by the city administrator.

(b)

Each day's refusal or neglect to remove the same in violation of this section shall be deemed a separate offense for which the owner shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
