§ 25-26. Sales on streets, sidewalks restricted.

  • No person shall sell or attempt to sell, or cry for sale at a public auction in the city, any goods, chattels or personal property whatever to any person upon the streets or sidewalks of the city so as to cause a crowd of people which obstructs, prevents or hinders the free passage of people thereon.
