§ 26-20. Unlawful to permit nuisance; abatement required.

(a)

It is unlawful for any person to permit any public nuisance as defined in section 26-19 of this article to remain on any premises owned or controlled by him within the city.

(b)

Such nuisances described in subsection (a) of this section shall be abated in the manner prescribed by this article.
