§ 26-24. Forester to send samples of suspected infestation for analysis; etc.

The forester may, upon finding in the city any conditions indicating Dutch elm infestation, immediately send appropriate specimens or samples to the state commissioner of agriculture for analysis, or take such steps for diagnosis as may be recommended by the commissioner.
