§ 26-26. Annual listing, charging for unpaid abatement costs.

Annually, the city administrator shall list the total unpaid charges for each abatement authorized in section 26-21 of this article against each separate lot or parcel to which they are attributable under this article. The council may then spread the charges or any portion thereof against the property involved as a special assessment under state statutes for a period not to exceed five (5) years.
