§ 28-38. Furnishing and installing by consumer—Generally.

(a)

Meters shall be installed by the property owner, at their own expense, and shall remain city property.

(b)

All applications for installation, maintenance and repair of water meters shall be made to the city and the city shall proceed to comply with such application within a reasonable time thereafter.
