§ 28-73. Same—Assessment.

Water rent shall be a charge against the owner, lessee or occupant of the premises and shall constitute a lien against the lot or parcel served and in the event of delinquency, the city administrator may commence legal action to collect such unpaid rent or certify such delinquency to the county auditor to be assessed against such lot or parcel and collected with real estate taxes.
