§ 2-3. Powers of city.

(a)

Pursuant to section 1.02 of the City Charter, the city council recognizes that the city shall have all powers which it may now or hereafter be possible for a municipal corporation in this state to exercise in harmony with the constitutions of this state and the United States.

(b)

Pursuant to section 1.02 of the City Charter, the city council recognizes that included among the powers which the city shall have are all powers of Minnesota statutory cities of the first, second, third and fourth class.

(c)

Pursuant to section 1.02 of the City Charter, the city council recognizes that among the powers which the city council shall have are all powers of city councils of Minnesota statutory cities of the first, second, third and fourth class.
