§ 3-15. Composition; appointment; terms of members; filling of vacancies.

(a)

The airport advisory board shall consist of seven (7) members, five (5) residents of the city and up to two (2) residents of the county, who shall be appointed by the council for terms of three (3) years each.

(b)

The terms of three (3) members, two (2) members, two (2) members of the board shall expire on January 31 of each successive year with so-called staggered terms.

(c)

Any vacancy occurring during any member's term shall be filled by the council for the unexpired portion of the term.
