§ 3-39. Composition of board; appointment of members; election of chairman.

The joint airport zoning board shall consist of five (5) members as follows: Two (2) citizen members appointed by the city council; two (2) citizen members appointed by the board of county commissioners of the county; and one (1) citizen member, who shall act as chairman, elected by a majority vote of the other four (4) members.
