§ 3-43. Authority to adopt, administer and enforce airport zoning regulations.

The joint airport zoning board shall adopt, administer and enforce airport zoning regulations for the airport hazard areas in the vicinity of the Faribault Municipal Airport as provided in sections 360.061 through 360.074, Minnesota Statutes.
