§ 5-22. Authority to vacate hall, expel persons.

The public safety department may cause any public dance hall in the city to be vacated during the progress of a public dance for any of the reasons for which a public dance hall license may be forfeited or revoked, and may expel from such hall any person who violates any law or ordinance relating to public dance halls.
