§ 7-16. Prerequisites to issuance; issuance; contents.

Upon the presentation to the building official of receipts from the public works director and the appropriate utility company showing that the expense for trimming trees or shrubbery and for moving or cutting utility services has been paid or secured to them, and upon the building official being satisfied that the ordinances of the city will not be violated by the moving of such structure, the building official shall grant to the applicant under this article a written permit. Such permit shall specify the structure to be moved, the location to which the structure shall be moved and the streets over which the structure is to be moved.
