§ 7-61. Misdemeanors.

(a)

The failure of any owner, agent of an owner, or buyer to comply with the provisions of this article or to comply with an order issued by the city pursuant to this Code shall be a misdemeanor.

(b)

The failure of any evaluator to comply with the licensing provisions of this article shall be a misdemeanor.

(c)

The city may enforce provisions of this article by injunction or any other appropriate remedy in a court of competent jurisdiction.

(d)

It is a misdemeanor to occupy a home which has been posted as uninhabitable, or to remove a notice posted by the city.
