§ 7-68. Permits, inspections and fees.

The issuance of permits and the collection of fees shall be as authorized in Minnesota Statutes, Section 326B.36, except that the application shall be submitted directly to the City of Faribault instead of the commissioner of labor and industry. Permit fees shall be assessed for work governed by this section in accordance with the fee schedule adopted by the city. In addition, a surcharge fee shall be collected on all permits for work governed by this section in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 326B.148. Any handling or inspection fees shall be payable to the City of Faribault.
