§ 8-26. Performance of comprehensive plan required; modification of plan.

(a)

When the council has approved the civil defense director's comprehensive general plan for the civil defense of the city by resolution, it shall be the duty of all municipal agencies and all civil defense forces of the city to perform the duties and functions assigned by the plan as approved.

(b)

The plan approved under subsection (a) of this section may be modified by council resolution from time to time.
