§ 8-9. Agency appointees to take oath; form; who may administer.

(a)

Each person who is appointed to serve in the civil defense agency shall, before entering upon his duties, take an oath in writing as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, Section 12.43.

(b)

Such oath shall be administered by the city administrator.
