§ 9-16. Definitions.

For the purposes of this article, the following words, terms and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:

EAW: The term "EAW" shall mean the environmental assessment worksheet described in section 9-18 of this article.

EIS: The term "EIS" shall mean the environmental impact statement described in section 9-18 of this article.
