§ 10-19. Fire code adopted.

The 2007 Edition of the Minnesota State Fire Code, established pursuant to Minn. Stats. § 299F.011 and adopted pursuant to Minnesota Rules, Chapter 7511, and subject to the modifications set forth in Chapter 7511 of the Minnesota Rules, one (1) copy of which shall be marked as the official copy and shall be filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the city administrator, and one (1) copy of which is on file in the office of the city administrator, is hereby adopted as the fire code for the city. Such code is hereby incorporated into this chapter as if fully set out herein.
