§ 15-42. Engineer's authority to prohibit use of free parking lots by truck-tractors, semitrailers pursuant to council resolution.

The council, upon recommendation of the city engineer, may authorize and direct the engineer by resolution to immediately prohibit the parking of truck-tractors and semitrailers upon any city free parking lots by placing and posting adequate and visible "No Truck-Tractor and/or Semitrailer Parking" signs at duly authorized locations in such free parking lots.
