§ 15-43. Authority to install temporary traffic restrictions.

The city administrator, upon recommendation of the city engineer, may authorize and direct the city engineer to immediately install such temporary traffic restrictions in the city which might be necessitated by heavy snows, continuous parking of vehicles on narrow streets, burned-out buildings, public works improvements and other emergencies, with the duration of such restrictions not to exceed a period of sixty (60) consecutive days.
