§ 18-5. Permit to use parks during prohibited hours.

Groups wishing to use a city park during prohibited hours on a certain day may apply to the director of public safety for a special written permit. The director of public safety shall issue the permit if he determines the request is reasonable and not contrary to the best interest of the residents of the city.
