§ 20-18. Procedure for preparing plans for proposed rights-of-way, etc.

The procedure outlined in section 20-14 of this chapter shall apply when the planning commission prepares any plan of proposed rights-of-way for future streets or highways, the future widening of existing streets or highways or for the reservation of lands for other public purposes.
