§ 24-3. Operation near dwellings between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

  • It shall be unlawful to operate a snowmobile in the city during the hours from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. of the following day closer than one hundred (100) feet from any dwelling which is usually occupied by one or more persons; except that, the owner of a snowmobile may operate or permit his snowmobile to be operated during such hours, if such operation does not exceed ten (10) miles per hour and is on the most direct route available for snowmobile travel between the operator's home (or place where he regularly keeps his snowmobile) and the nearest point on the city limits which is on his route of travel.
