Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 25-1. Interference with city property in streets, sidewalks; penalty.

Every person who, without lawful authority, shall displace, remove, injure or destroy any flag, lantern, sign, fence, guard, rail, post, board, pipe, wire, rope or other property lawfully placed, erected or maintained upon, about, in or across any street, sidewalk or other public place in the city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
