§ 26-2. Duty of owners of abutting property to trim trees over sidewalks.

Owners of lots abutting upon the streets of the city shall keep all trees growing upon their respective lots, whose branches extend over the sidewalk of any such street, trimmed so as to leave at all times a clear passageway on such sidewalk seven (7) feet high.
