§ 28-18. Nonliability of city for deficiency or failure to supply.

The city shall not be liable under any circumstances for any deficiency or failure in the supply of water to consumers of the municipal water system, whether occasioned by shutting off water for the purpose of making repairs or connections, or for any other cause whatever.
