§ 28-20. Rights of entry and inspection; duty to furnish information.

  • All water consumers of the municipal water system shall, at all reasonable times, permit the city to enter their premises and buildings to examine the pipes and fixtures and the manner in which the water is used. Such consumers shall, at all times, frankly and without concealment, answer all questions asked them relative to water consumption.
