§ 28-22. One curb-stop connection for each house or building; city may shut off water service where existing curb stop connects more than one building for nonpayment of charges for any of such buildings.

  • (a)

    No more than one house or building shall be connected with the municipal water system through one curb stop.

    (b)

    Where two (2) or more houses or buildings are now supplied with water through one curb stop, failure on the part of the owner of any one of such buildings to comply with the terms of this article governing the payment and collection of water rents shall be deemed sufficient cause for the shutting off of the water from such service without any liability on the part of the city.
