§ 28-55. Same—Required for each separate lot or building.

No plumber or other person shall be permitted to introduce service pipe to, or to conduct water from, the municipal water system from the same tap into two (2) or more distinct lots or buildings, unless separate and distinct stopcocks are so placed on the right-of-way that the water may be separately turned off from, on or to any of such buildings or lots.
