§ 28-170. Billing frequency and computation—Domestic, commercial, industrial and institutional users.

(a)

Effective January 1, 2005, domestic, commercial, industrial and institutional users of the city sewerage works that are not identified as significant industrial users shall be billed as outlined in the utility fee schedule.

(b)

Those customers exceeding twenty thousand (20,000) cubic feet per quarter (based on the immediate past twelve (12) months' actual usage) shall be billed monthly during the quarter that such usage previously occurred. In determining the step rates for monthly bills, the usage amount shall be based on a full quarter of usage.
