Former § 8-29 was repealed in its entirety by § 7 of Ord. No. 82-83, adopted Sept. 13, 1982; said former section was derived from Code 1971, § 9-30, and had pertained to the prohibition and abatement of nuisance illumination, as regards civil defense.
