ORDINANCE 96-19
GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO FARIBAULT FOODS, INC. FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTINUING A BUSINESS
SIGN ON PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO SECOND AVENUE NW
WHEREAS, Faribault Foods, Inc. has requested the City of Faribault to grant it a franchise
for the purpose of continuing a business sign on public right-of-way of Second Avenue
NW; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing after public notice pursuant
to the City Charter, and determined that the requested business sign will not adversely
affect the public; and
WHEREAS, due to the space limitations caused by the position of the railroad right-of-way
relative to Second Avenue, no alternative sign locations off public right-of-way exist;
therefore
THE CITY OF FARIBAULT ORDAINS:
