ORDINANCE 89-02 GRANTING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR COURTESY BENCHES Whereas, Brushwork Quality Signage, a Minnesota proprietorship located in Faribault, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "grantee," desires to install and maintain courtesy benches at certain locations on public and private property within the City of Faribault; and, Whereas, the City of Faribault, a municipal corporation in the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "city," desires that benches be placed for the convenience of bus patrons, pedestrians, and shoppers. Now, therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Faribault, Minnesota, as follows: |
